Virtuoso Life magazine’s September/October edition named Hotel Felix’s Elate as one of the world’s 20 restaurants of the moment.  Describing that today’s dining trends favor “a new style of dining that’s more casual and inventive — though still luxurious, but in an accessible and affordable way,” Elate is highlighted along with other restaurants from around the world, such as Sage in Las Vegas, Tempo in London, and The Chairman in Hong Kong.
