The holidays are right around the corner and the unofficial start of the season for many in Chicago is the Michigan Avenue Light Festival. The festival lights up one of Chicago’s most famed streets with holiday lights and decorations for all to see throughout the holiday season.
The BMO Harris Bank Magnificent Mile Lights Festival returns to Chicago this Saturday, November 21. The festival has a big claim – it is the nation’s largest evening holiday celebration. The all-day activities include holiday shopping, a tree-lighting parade, fireworks over the Chicago River and more.
Plus, the classic Tree-Lighting Parade takes place on Michigan Avenue featuring none other than Minnie and Mickey Mouse this year.
Check out the BMO Harris Bank Stage with special performances from the likes of Michelle Branch to the critically-acclaimed Million Dollar Quartet. For a full list of performers, please visit the Magnificent Mile’s website.
